If you are interested in setting up an adult lesson as an individual or a group, email us to get the conversation started. We are able to cater to all adults from complete beginners to those with specific goals related to triathlon, diving or competitve swimming.
FAQs
Location? Pembroke (BASA aka Saltus pool)
Price? $50 per 30-minute lesson
Requirements? A pair of good quality goggles, bathingsuit and towel
Covid regulations? All instructors will wear a face shield when working in the water with students. Students will not wear masks or shields as this isn't possible during a swimming lesson.
